Who we are: We are a family of five, with two of us who require a strict gluten free diet. We discovered early on that fixing separate meals is too much work and too expensive. We’ve been doing this gluten-free thing for six years now, and we want to share what we’ve learned with you. We are not foodies. We are not professional or gourmet chefs. We just like to eat good food.
